Working Student- Ecosystem

Tradebyte – the leading integrator for Fashion & Lifestyle brands across Europe and an independent company within the Zalando Group – is looking for a motivated Working Student to support the Ecosystem team.

As working student in the Ecosystem team you are responsible for: 

• Assist with data collection, cleaning, and preparation for analysis.
• Conduct basic data analysis and visualisation to support project objectives.
• Internal reporting
• Support for commercial and marketing topics 
• Project observation, stakeholder communication
• Owning and driving (parts of) smaller projects
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and help implement solutions.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the team.
• Supporting business stakeholders with ad-hoc questions on internal performance, external partner/business development efforts.

Core Tasks:

• Analysis and interpretation of relevant data in our field 
• Preparation and presentation of results, further planning of follow ups
• Support in preparation and planning for all commercial topics (data tracking, forecasting) and related fields
• Overall project observation (deadlines, stakeholder), marketing activities.

• Building a transparent and scalable reporting and analysis structure, including the main KPIs and data for further business steering and planning.

Critical Incident / Challenges

• Internal consolidation of Ecosystem-relevant topics as well as prioritisation and steering of them
• (Support of) cross-departmental project management of Ecosystem topics
• Creating full transparency about the progress of initiatives at any given point in time and permanent measuring against the goals

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business, Management, Economics, or similar) in Germany
• Strong interest in E-commerce, or SaaS
• Analytical mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment
