Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to strengthen AMG’s online presence and accelerate customer adoption. The role combines SEO, social media advertising, and digital campaign execution with a focus on adoption growth and measurable performance.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English & French), a strong copywriter, and has a solid understanding of paid media strategy—especially LinkedIn Ads for B2B growth. Experience in mature or structured organizations is an advantage.


Key Responsibilities


SEO & Content Optimization

  • Optimize product descriptions, brand pages, and landing pages for search performance and conversion.
  • Conduct A/B testing of content to improve reach and lower CPA.
  • Monitor SEO KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.


Social Media & Paid Media

  • Plan and execute social campaigns with a focus on paid performance.
  • Lead and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns for awareness, adoption, and lead generation.
  • Write strong bilingual copy for ads, posts, and campaign assets.
  • Track performance and report monthly on reach, CTR, and engagement.


Digital Marketing & Adoption

  • Write and deploy Klaviyo lifecycle flows (welcome, adoption, retention, reactivation).
  • Own adoption landing pages (ordering guides, testimonials, FAQ) from brief to publication.
  • Develop customer success stories / case studies (6 per year) to support adoption messaging.
  • Build quarterly adoption kits for the sales team (email templates, FAQ sheets, client messaging).
  • Report on adoption performance (email CTR, landing page conversions, case study usage).


Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in digital marketing, with proven skills in SEO, paid media, and social advertising.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn Ads and B2B campaign strategy.
  • Bilingual (English & French) with excellent copywriting ability.
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar marketing automation tools.
  • Experience in mature organizations an asset (structured processes, KPI ownership, cross-functional collaboration).
  • Analytical, organized, and comfortable delivering measurable results.
