Key Responsibilities
- Support all accounts receivable functions including invoicing, business to business collections, customer management and account reconciliations.
- Assist in all accounts payable functions including invoice booking, coding, managing vendor inquiries, cheque runs/EFT’s and reconciliations.
- Assist in payroll processing for 70 hourly and salaried employees across Canada and the United States using QuickBooks Online.
- Administrative duties to support the above as requested.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience in small or midsized organizations
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online
- Understanding of debits and credits
- Well versed in customer invoicing, preferably in a services industry
- Basic understanding of payroll processing
- Intermediate MS Excel/Google Sheets skills
