Job Title

Internal Communication Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead internal communication plans and activities for special projects (People & Culture initiatives, Transformation projects, M&A integrations, Change Management programs, etc.);

  • Develop and implement the overall Internal Communications strategy and roadmap;

  • Support the SVP Office with communication content and materials (presentations, talking points, briefings, documentation);

  • Coordinate communication activities across departments to ensure alignment within the Business Unit and with Corporate Communication policies;

  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications on communication activities (e.g., Intercomms, videos, articles);

  • Act as the go-to person for internal communications, advising SLT and project leaders on communication approaches for ongoing and future initiatives;

  • Plan, create, design, and deliver multimedia and multichannel stories across the Hospitality Unit;

  • Build and manage a network of communication champions to identify business needs and deliver targeted messages via the right channels;

  • Provide guidance and support to leadership and People & Culture business partners on storytelling and content creation;

  • Apply industry best practices to enhance communications tools and processes, ensuring effective use of channels and formats to reach employees;

  • Organize and support internal events in collaboration with multiple departments;

  • Develop content for Senior Leaders speaking at internal events (talking points, presentations, etc.);

  • Develop and implement the Hospitality Internal Communication strategy to support transformation programs and align employees with our vision;

  • Define transformation communication actions, content, and timelines;

  • Engage and align the Senior Leadership Team around transformation communication plans and activities;

  • Ensure consistency with the global Amadeus communication approach through regular interaction with other teams and organizations;

  • Champion Amadeus and Hospitality culture in all communication efforts;

  • Support company-wide communication governance and guidelines, sharing best practices with colleagues globally;

  • Collaborate with central, regional, and local PC business partners to create consistency and promote a unified culture across the Hospitality Unit.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related fields;

  • Strong expertise in content strategy, storytelling, and multichannel communications;

  • Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills in English;

  • Experience supporting senior leaders with high-quality communication materials;

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex communication plans for transformation or change initiatives;

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and functions;

  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging multimedia content;

  • International or multicultural experience preferred, with the ability to adapt messages across diverse audiences;

  • Experience in the hospitality or technology industry is a plus.
