Job Description:Responsibilities and Tasks
Process Optimization
Analyze existing HR processes to identify pain points, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement streamlined and standardized processes across the HR function (e.g., onboarding, performance management, compensation, learning, offboarding).
Leverage technology and automation to improve efficiency and accuracy of HR operations.
Create and maintain detailed process documentation and workflows.
Project Management
Lead and manage HR projects related to process improvement initiatives.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders on project updates and outcomes.
Technology & Systems
Evaluate and implement HR technology solutions to support process automation and data analytics.
Manage and maintain HR systems (Workday, Udemy Business, ensuring data integrity and security.
Provide training and support to employees on HR systems and tools.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, measure process effectiveness, and provide insights to support decision-making.
Develop and generate regular reports on key HR metrics and KPIs.
Present data-driven recommendations to HR leadership for process improvements.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure HR processes are compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
Identify and mitigate potential risks related to HR operations.
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
Qualifications Required
MSc in Business, Economics, Human Resources Management or a related field.
3+ years of experience in operations with a focus on process improvement.
Proven experience in process mapping, analysis, and redesign.
Experience with HR technology solutions
Excellent project management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English and French is mandatory. A third language is a plus
