About the Role

As Engineering Manager, your mission is to lead, grow, and inspire a high-performing engineering team to build scalable, reliable, and secure products that gives power back to investors.

You’ll be responsible for hiring and developing top-tier engineers, driving execution on complex projects, and fostering a culture of technical excellence. Working closely with the CTO, Product, Design, and other stakeholders, you’ll shape the roadmap and ensure our engineering organization delivers with speed, quality, and impact.

This is a key leadership role where you’ll balance strategy and execution, guiding architectural decisions while building the processes and culture that will scale Finary’s engineering team into the future.

• Have proven leadership experience managing engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Love hiring, coaching, and mentoring engineers, fostering both individual and team growth.

• Have a strong technical background, capable of making and guiding architectural decisions.

• Can balance business needs with engineering quality, making pragmatic trade-offs when needed.

• Have experience scaling engineering teams from early-stage to growth.

• Bring exposure to fintech, banking, or other regulated environments.
