What we do​

We implement and support a software system for the efficient and fast handling of complaint processes between suppliers and Mercedes-Benz car manufacturers. Besides implementing the new features, we continuously modernize our software based on microservice architecture and operations in the cloud. Moreover, we constantly adapt to new frameworks, improvements, and trends through agility and DevOps.

What you will do​

• Take over responsibility for the delivery of the agreed artifacts, incident, and problem management (keyword: one for all, all for one!) with your team.
• Learn and know the big picture and the vision of SQMS
• Solve (content-related) problems alone or with your team, when necessary
• Independently decides on the breakdown of requirements into tasks and their distribution to individual members.
• deliver a potentially deliverable product increment as early as possible and regularly present it to the Product Owner and stakeholders.
• actively participate in the Scrum ceremonies and other workshops
• contribute to the definition, detailing, and prioritization of the product backlog items
• checks for each product backlog entry whether the definition of ready has been met
• ensures the quality of the results agreed upon in the project (e.g. checks whether the definition of done is fulfilled)
• undergo regular training to continue to meet the requirements.
• actively participates in the continuous improvement process at team and project level

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in finance, accounting, computer science, or business analytics) or other equivalent experience
• Proactivity and living the Scrum Values
• Attention to clean code principles
• Project involvement through all phases (end to end)
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication along with strong client relationship skills (assertiveness and feedback belong here)
• Excellent time-management skills
• Strong analytical mindset, structured and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (oral and in writing)
• Ability to travel up to in %

Nice to have​

• Automotive industry experience of advantage
• Cross-functional expertise with front-end technologies is also a strength
• Understanding of the technology and how it affects clients' area of the business, trends associated with the technology, value propositions for clients
• Certifications for the described technologies are welcomed
• German language represents an advantage
