Our GBS is looking for a Global Procurement Services Trainee to be based in Santa Maria da Feira
The main missions of the role are:
- Support Buyers in issues resolution and system setup (SAP Ariba and SAP) – strategy application, contracts, RFQ’s, invoice management, etc.
- Maintain product and supplier master data
- Support user in the day-to-day use of Ariba by explaining and applying the P2P process and rules
- Ensure compliance with Faurecia purchasing procedure
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- High school, Degree in business school or purchasing related
- Ability to communicate in English
- Knowledge of French, Spanish or German is a Plus
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Analytical mindset
- Data cruncher
