Description

Evans is hiring a Program Control Analyst supports Program Managers by tracking and managing the financial and accounting aspects of large and complex client programs. This role ensures compliance with contract reporting requirements, maintains data integrity in Evans’ Unanet system, and provides financial insight to guide program performance.


  • Track and manage program financials across multiple contract types (CPFF, CPAF, T&M, FFP). 
  • Prepare contract reports on funding, expenditures, and subcontractor status. 
  • Establish labor and travel tracking for new awards to support PM budget reporting. 
  • Develop and analyze ETC/EAC, forecasts, budgets, and variance reports. 
  • Partner with PMs, Contracts, and Finance to monitor funding, projections, and subcontractor levels. 
  • Maintain accurate project setup, employee/subcontractor charges, and cost data in Unanet. 
  • Provide financial analysis, summaries, and revenue forecasting support. 
  • Contribute to pricing support for proposals and other procurement activities. 


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years as a PCA in government contracting. 
  • Familiarity with government contracting principles, FAR, and acquisition processes.
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and project cost tracking. 
  • Working knowledge of Unanet and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. 
  • Experience supporting Federal contract management and proposal pricing. 
  • Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Evans’s total compensation package for employees.
