Your role
SAS/Taylor Account Manager, by assisting GAM has the responsibility maintaining sustainable growth of key account in Samsung Semi business by developing effective both Edwards & CSK sales strategies and strong organizations including sales, customer care team, applications & product management team, technical support team & FSE.
SAS/Taylor Account Manager must give complete satisfaction to customers and lead potential demands for Edwards & CSK products (incl. EUV) through expert technical supports and better relationship to bring worth our success, particularly to Samsung US projects
- Establish of strategies to achieve target of account sales revenue and UGP thru analysis of status of market, Samsung customer, Edwards and CSK capabilities
- Monitor world wide industry market, forecast and report to GAM
- Negotiate with customer for the price and market share
- Work as primary contact point between customers and Edwards to meet Samsung‘s requirements and to transfer those to Edwards accurately
- Enhance Edwards & CSK value thru strong relationship with customers and company‘s internal organizations; division(UK), service, product & applications, STC and PC
- Promote of the value and sales for Edwards & CSK products; Dry, TMP, EUV, ACM & AB to Samsung US
- Regularly communicate with internal stakeholders about customers, business and competitors status, and report to GAM
- Build-up teamwork thru close communication to make a good influence to internal organizations and customers
- Internal Reporting : Direct report to GAM thru regular weekly report and biz. review materials
- Customers : Contact & communication with gate keepers, influencers and DMU level
To succeed, you will need
The ability to preemptively identify the customer's situation and KSF(Key Sucess Factor) to create company Revenue and perform duties that increase UGP.
Relevant experience in semiconductor equipment fields or a degree level qualification in materials, electronics or chemicals
A knowledge of marketing in widest sense
Well understanding semiconductor manufacturing process and Edwards products
Strong communication skill / Excellent written and spoken Korean & English
- Good presentation skills / Proficient in MS office (Excel, PPT, Word)
