Overview:
The position will require the Lead Physical Security Analyst to support the Lenel OnGuard system by managing/monitoring access, providing technical assistance, and performing/applying quality assurance measures to ensure the OnGuard system is in superior operational status while new equipment is installed, configured, and managed properly.
Job Summary:
- Perform data entry into the OnGuard/LENEL system for all WRNMMC personnel, contractors, guests, students, and visitors.
- Perform data entry regarding identification badging for all WRNMMC personnel, contractors, guests, students, and visitors.
- Perform data entry regarding parking authorization for all WRNMMC personnel, contractors, guests, students, and visitors.
- Perform all administrative tasks associated with OnGuard/LENEL, badging, and parking, to include:
- creating and printing reports,
- creating and printing badges,
- taking ID photographs of individuals,
- issuing parking placards and temporary passes,
- collecting data,
- communicating with the Physical Security Officer and
- other relevant staff as necessary.
- Execute authority for final approval or denial of requests for access through the OnGuard/LENEL system.
- Assist as necessary with any requirements for forensics, research, or analysis.
- Available as primary POC for emergency hours, as necessary (outside normal working hours of Monday-Friday 0600-1400).
- Manage and organize all records and files about OnGuard/LENEL and badging issuance.
- Oversee operational processes and infrastructure related to LENEL and Milestone systems, including monitoring employees’ access during the day for potential security anomalies or equipment degradations.
- Monitor, supervise, and act as primary POC for all SIGNET techs on WRNMMC during and after working hours.
- Liaison between WRNMMC staff and SIGNET technicians to direct proper execution of projects for the development or maintenance of systems.
- Train new employees in operating security systems, troubleshooting errors, and handling complaints/disputes professionally.
- Supervise junior military and contracting personnel in the performance of daily duties.
- Perform quality assurance and quality control checks to maintain satisfaction from WRNMMC staff and other key stakeholders.
- Review and approve LENEL work orders as primary POC. Update tracker report as job progresses and close-out upon verification of satisfactory work order completion.
- Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of alarm monitoring panels.
- Troubleshoot CACs or proxy cards when staff have technical difficulties.
- Approve key requests in the key and lock program, allowing staff to request replacement or initial keys to office spaces.

Requirements
Skills & Abilities:
- Experience with Windows-based hardware, operating systems, and printers.
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. /23 Kg.
Education/Experience:
1+ years of relevant experience
Certification(s):
- Must meet DoD 8570 requirements.
- LENEL Certification
Clearance:
- Secret clearance required (T3 Investigation)
