PaperCut Software is currently looking for someone to join our Global Channel Operations team to provide operational support and guidance for our Go To Market teams, channel ecosystem, and customers. Reporting to the Global Commercial Operations Lead, this is a full-time hybrid role based in our Portland office, 3 days a week.
Some of the things you'll do...
You will respond to varied partner and customer inquiries regarding pricing, policies, and troubleshooting system issues, among other things.
You will create strong relationships with our partners, ensuring easy communication both ways.
You will support licensing, purchase orders, cancellations, and payments.
You will analyze and identify areas for improvement in internal systems to streamline processes, create efficiencies, and reduce ticket volumes.
You will support global projects towards process and systems improvement
A little about you…
You can work across an organisation to provide end-to-end solutions, understanding the value different business areas contribute to the product.
You are able to build and drive technical and creative relationships.
You can articulate how complex technical solutions can solve a customer problem.
You understand the end-to-end product licensing process.
You have successfully organized and led a cross-functional project to completion
You have some reporting & data analysis experience
