SUMMARY 

The Senior E-Commerce Operations Manager plays a vital leadership role in overseeing all daily operations and long-term strategies for Goodwill Hawaii’s E-Commerce department. This position is responsible for driving revenue, managing inventory, and leading a high-performing team to ensure success across multiple online marketplaces. The Senior E-Commerce Operations Manager also ensures operational efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction while upholding Goodwill’s mission and standards. The ideal Senior E-Commerce Operations Manager is a results-driven leader with expertise in e-commerce operations, financial analysis, team management, and marketplace compliance. This role requires strong communication skills, integrity, and the ability to create a safe, organized, and goal-oriented work environment.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. 

  • Lead initiatives to explore new technologies and e-commerce platforms
  • Ensure accurate reporting, maintain strong inventory control
  • Audit online sales channels to ensure policies, procedures and standards are met. Inspects product to ensure the quality is line with pricing practice.
  •  Guide cross-functional collaboration with retail, HR, finance, and other departments
  • Key responsibilities include strategic planning, production management, staff development, loss prevention, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Responsible for carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Access to insured vehicle.
