We are seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Associate to serve as the operational backbone of our digital commerce platform. This role is critical to maintaining seamless day-to-day operations, ensuring data integrity, and supporting scalable growth through systematic execution. The ideal candidate will be laser-focused on details, process-driven, and experienced with Shopify operations.

What you’ll do:

Product Data Management and Catalog Integrity

  • Execute bulk product data updates, imports, and maintenance within Shopify ensuring accuracy across SKUs, pricing, inventory levels, and product attributes
  • Maintain product catalog integrity through systematic auditing of descriptions, images, tags, collections, and metafields
  • Own uploading of product copy and imagery assets for all new product launches
  • Manage product tagging and metadata for comprehensive product organization
  • Manage E-Swatch editing for all products to ensure accurate color representation
  • Execute product activations (go-lives) and deactivations based on merchandising and planning requirements

Site Operations and Cross-Functional Support

  • Serve as primary Site Operations contact, fielding all requests from cross-functional partners related to Product Detail Pages (PDPs) including naming, pricing, copy, and imagery
  • Coordinate PDP carousel image ordering for optimal product presentation
  • Quality assurance of site experience and newly launched product pages
  • Manage pre-order inventory processes and coordination
  • Provide marketing support regarding inventory levels and on-site product availability

Promotional Management

  • Execute promotional campaigns by setting up discount codes, managing product visibility, and coordinating collection updates
  • Manage markdown processes for both online and store channels through Shopify and NetSuite systems
  • Oversee Final Sale status management and conduct audits for all items 50% off or more

Process Management and Reporting

  • Document and refine operational processes to reduce errors and improve efficiency across product management workflows
  • Track and report Product Go-Live status in PDP Tracker system to generate weekly site season status reporting
  • Manage due dates and completion tracking for Mens, Womens, and Non-Apparel PDP trackers cross-functionally
  • Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to implement product categorization

  • Reduces operational errors and customer complaints through meticulous attention to product data accuracy and consistency
  • Enables faster time-to-market for new products and promotions through streamlined processes and bulk operation capabilities
  • Supports revenue growth by maintaining clean, searchable product catalogs that improve customer experience and conversion rates
  • Drives operational efficiency through process documentation and systematic workflow improvements

What you’ll have:

  • 1-3 years of e-commerce operations experience
  • Experience with apparel/fashion retail strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of managing product catalogs and inventory systems
  • Experience with promotional campaign execution and markdown processes
  • Shopify experience required - demonstrated proficiency with Shopify admin, bulk operations, and product management
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems
  • Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail - ability to maintain accuracy across thousands of SKUs and data points
  • Process-oriented mindset - strong adherence to SOPs and systematic approaches to work
  • Data management expertise - comfortable working with large datasets and performing bulk operations
  • Quality assurance focus - systematic approach to reviewing and validating work
  • Cross-functional collaboration - ability to work effectively with merchandising, marketing, and planning teams

We aim to pay competitively for our size and industry. The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80000 USD, but we will consider location, skill level and experience to determine the final offer.
