A busy, thriving gastroenterology private practice in Lubbock, Texas, is looking to recruit a new partner to join our group of a gastroenterologist and 3 APPs. High-demand area with the ability to perform scopes on day one. New and experienced physicians are welcome to apply.
Position Highlights
- Locations: Most cases will be performed at affiliated and physician-owned local ASC. Office-based procedural rooms are available as well.
- High-Volume Practice: Ability to perform a large number of procedures from day one, with a long waiting list for scopes and high patient demand. The current solo provider is booked 3-6 months out in the clinic.
- General Scoping Only: All cases are general scoping.
- No Call: Enjoy a balanced lifestyle with no on-call responsibilities.
- New Patient Focus: New patients will be directed to the incoming physician, with full support and direct incentive from the current physician partner to ramp the provider up within 6 months.
- Competitive Salary: First-year salary based on MGMA data.
- Exceptional Earning Potential: After the first year, physicians can expect to make $1.2+ million annually based on market assessment and fee-for-service collections.
- Partnership Opportunity: Opportunity for ownership/partnership in the clinic, ASC, and hospital after two years.
- Benefits: Full benefit options including 401k, PTO, healthcare, and malpractice insurance.
- Signing Bonus and Relocation: $50,000 signing bonus and $15,000 relocation allowance.
