Unit Description:

Holiday Inn Estes Park is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. The hotel is only two miles from the Rocky Mountain National Park and a short walk to the heart of town. Responsibilities:
  • Assist in maintaining the planned bar and restaurant cost of sales
  • Hire, train, and manage an effective group of team members, with alignment to Delaware North programs and service standards
  • Partner with the kitchen team to ensure guests are served the highest quality meals
  • Assist with the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgets and business volume
Qualifications:
  • No college degree required
  • One year of related experience required
  • Basic math skills for cash and inventory duties
  • Word-processing, spreadsheets, and email experience required
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift or carry 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
