Your responsibilities
- Manage a regimen of engineering maintenance, utilising performance indicators to achieve targets and elevate performance.
- Maintain equipment to meet stringent safety, reliability, and cGMP standards.
- Identify and act on opportunities to enhance the efficiency and reliability of plant operations.
- Collaborate in maintenance planning meetings to ensure a cohesive maintenance strategy.
- Administer maintenance budgets prudently, ensuring optimal value.
- Analyse issues with equipment and systems, implementing solutions grounded in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
The experience we're looking for
- Education in electrical, mechanical, or production maintenance engineering.
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing systems.
- Proficiency in understanding controls, instrumentation, and manufacturing processes related to cGMP.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues across all levels.
- Preferably experienced in the operation and maintenance of expansive, multipurpose facilities, particularly within the Pharmaceutical industry.
