Life on the team
We’re looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing, governing, and optimising contractual agreements. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll provide contractual and commercial expertise that drives value, ensures compliance, and supports operational success.
What you’ll do
- Manage and govern all key contractual mechanisms, from obligation tracking to change control.
- Draft and review complex contractual documents, including CCNs, conformed contracts, and financial models.
- Act as the principal contact for contract-related queries, liaising with sales, operations, legal advisers, and clients.
- Provide commercial insight to mitigate risks, resolve disputes, and identify opportunities.
- Support pre-sales and service delivery teams with negotiations, risk analysis, and contract walkthroughs.
- Continuously improve contracting processes and governance, driving best practice and innovation.
What you’ll need
- Proven experience managing large and complex contracts.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and risk management skills.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
- Solid understanding of financial principles (P&L, Balance Sheet) and commercial policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong project management capability.
