Senior HR Business Partner (EMEA)
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner (fixed term – 12 months) to join Foundry in January 2026, this role will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across key EMEA countries for Foundry. Combining high-level HR strategy with hands-on employee relations, L&D, and engagement; ensuring compliance, fostering a strong culture, and driving global HR initiatives. As a key member of the Global HR Leadership Team (HRLT), you will play a pivotal role in shaping people practices across regions and leading on our learning and development (L&D) goals.

Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support and leadership for EMEA, ensuring alignment with company objectives and global HR policies.
- Lead employee relations (ER) cases, ensuring legal compliance and appropriate risk management.
- Act as a visible and trusted HR presence within the UK, this is a hybrid working role, our office is based in St Pauls.
- Line manage and develop an HR & Payroll Specialist, ensuring efficient HR operations and payroll compliance, as well as mentoring and providing support to the wider global HR team.
- Lead our L&D strategic goals, delivering agreed projects and key milestones across the globe for Foundry, such as our e-learning platform, onboarding project, and UK apprenticeship program.
- Advise and partner with senior leaders on people strategy, policy development, and organizational design.
Qualifications:
- Proven senior HRBP experience within the UK, a multi-country remit advantageous within EMEA.
- Experience overseeing UK payroll & benefits processes
- Strong employee relations expertise and up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law.
- Demonstrated success delivering strategic L&D initiatives and change projects, inclusive of UK apprenticeship levy and e-learning tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership level.
- Technical skills e.g. Excel, HRIS systems - Workday advantageous but not essential.
- Comfortable working both strategically and operationally in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing and developing HR team members.
