MONCLER is currently looking for a Full-Time Stock Controller to join our team at Bicester Outlet.
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Stock Controller with excellent organisational skills, to be responsible for supporting all aspects relating to back of house operations.
The Stock Controller, in partnership with the team, is responsible for reaching individual results and contributing also to the team targets.
Operations activities:
⮚ To deliver all warehouse operations, in line with the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring, as a primary mission, that products are always and timely available for Clients,
⮚ Organize and maintain stockroom efficiently, monitor product rotations, new arrivals and changes, enabling sales team to have all the information to perform an effective level of service to Clients,
⮚ To deal with product replenishment and stock activities, managing stock cyclic counts, inventories and stock room maintenance
⮚ To ensure counts are regularly conducted and any discrepancies are reported to your line manager
⮚ To participate in all necessary operative activities to ensure store efficiency
⮚ To ensure that company policies, procedures and standards are adhered to at all times
⮚ To actively cooperate during preparation and execution of inventories
⮚ To support all colleagues in charge of administrative activities

Requirements:
● Previous experience in warehouse management systems; Experience in structured FashionvLuxury/Retail Companies is a plus;
● Strong planning, organisational and time management skills
● Must demonstrate a methodical approach with a good attention to detail
● Must hold a current UK driving license
● Strong communication skills;
● Willingness evolve in the organization, flexible to best practices for the business.
● Fluency & sophistication in English, additional language is a plus
● Digitally aware and open to new ways of working
