Your Tasks

The "Global License Management" function is the central, internal contact for all software licensing issues within Beiersdorf AG. This includes ensuring license compliance, advising on license metrics and the central procurement and management of software licenses for Beiersdorf AG.

As a working student, you will have the opportunity to get to know and support the license compliance processes in an internationally operating DAX company. You can use the knowledge you have acquired so far and expand your knowledge in the context of practical use cases.

 

Become part of our team and support us with the following tasks:

 

  • Participation in the implementation of internal compliance projects
  • Collaboration in the system implementation of a software asset management tool
  • Documentation of new license certificates for the application area used
  • Largely independent maintenance of master data in the IT tools
  • Creation of internal reports and presentations based on defined specifications
  • Support in the design of compliance reporting

Your Profile

  • Studies in (business) informatics or business administration
  • Properly enrolled during the entire working student activity
  • IT affinity and good basic knowledge of IT
  • Independent, responsible and structured way of working
  • Very good knowledge of all common MS Office products
  • Proficient written and spoken German and English skills
