Would you like to contribute to one of the largest and most exciting transformation projects at HUGO BOSS? This internship offers you the opportunity to dive deep into the world of project, program, and change management while gaining valuable practical experience – even without extensive IT knowledge. Work together with our diverse team on the transformation of our digital core systems, benefit from the expertise of experienced professionals, and develop yourself both personally and professionally.

We are looking for motivated interns (m/f/d) for a 6-month internship who are eager to take on responsibility and excited to experience and actively shape the versatile and dynamic world of project management with us. Startdate as soon as possible.

What you can expect:

• Support the program management in coordinating multiple projects and global roll-out teams. 
• Assist in creating presentations for the Board of Directors and top management of HUGO BOSS AG.
• Support the change management, marketing, and communication initiatives, as well as event organization.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of analyses and reports (Excel, Azure DevOps).
• Perform administrative tasks, including the preparation and follow-up of meetings. 
• Depending on your skills, take on independent project tasks, such as developing and implementing concepts.

Your profile:

• You are pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Media and Communication Studies, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study, or you have already successfully completed your studies.
• Interest in project management, change management, and communication, with initial experience (e.g., seminars, modules, or practical experience).
• You are characterized by a sense of responsibility, reliability, motivation, and a goal-oriented way of working.
• You have a quick grasp of new concepts and a willingness to learn new things.
• Excellent German and/or English language skills.
