We are looking for a Sales Assistant fluent in Spanish, English and German for our Private Label Sales Department, reporting to our International Private Label Director (primarily covering the UK, Republic of Ireland, Benelux and Nordic countries). 

You will be at the heart of our development in the British and Northern European markets, and our German client Aldi. 

Responsibilities:

• You will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and successful operations.

• Your sense of service will be an essential asset in helping to strengthen our client relationships and build loyalty.

• You will adopt appropriate methods, systems and procedures to continuously improve the execution of the Order to Cash process (e.g. documentation, knowledge of contacts and the specificities of each customer, etc.).

• Order processing: Receive, verify and record orders placed by customers (EDI, non-EDI, etc.).

• Contract and documentation management: Prepare, review and archive customs documents for the UK.

• Invoicing and collection: Prepare invoices, manage payments and monitor customer accounts.

• Coordination with other departments: Work with logistics, finance and sales to ensure smooth operations.

• Management of returns and complaints from customers, partners (La Doria), carriers (etc.). Process returns, manage various complaints and resolve sales-related incidents.

• Monitor the ‘off-invoice’ process (e.g. RFA/DPP).

Required profile:

• Be fluent in Spanish, English and German, both spoken and written.

• Have a background in business, logistics, administration or equivalent.

• Be highly proficient in Microsoft 365 and JDE as work systems.

• You are independent, organised, rigorous and proactive.

• Known for your adaptability and are an excellent team player.

• Be motivated to share our values of commitment to healthy and sustainable food.

• Your passion for customer contact, your listening skills and your ability to find solutions will be essential assets for success in this position.
