Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage technical issue reporting and claim handling in a multi-country environment, supporting the SAM and EAO regions.
This role is critical in ensuring accurate issue registration, driving root cause analysis, and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders and responsible teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, technical understanding, and the ability to lead claims handling in alignment with established processes.
This is an individual contributor role. The successful candidate can be based in India, Indonesia, Malaysia, or Vietnam, and will report to the Manager, Customer Claims & Process Management – East Asia & Oceania, based in Bangkok.
What you will do
As our System Issue Analyst, you will:
- Work in a multi-country environment, supporting the SAM and EAO regions (e.g., India, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Oceania).
- Capture, manage, and decide on customer compensation claims in compliance with the Claim Policy (low to medium complexity).
- Facilitate communication and provide information to stakeholders regarding technical issues and claims.
- Ensure accurate internal cost allocation.
- Maintain high data quality across technical issues, consolidations, claims, and market-owned documents.
- Ensure proper consolidation of technical issues.
- Assess technical data to identify trends and outliers, and propose appropriate actions.
- Analyze processes to identify gaps and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Take action to meet CIR KPI targets.
- Participate in and drive follow-up actions from the CIR Market Review (Pulse) meetings.
- Deliver basic training on C2A processes and systems.
We believe you have
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in issue resolution or service-related roles.
- Proficiency in issue tracking tools and strong data analytics skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities, with the capability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience in a regional or multi-country environment, with strong cultural awareness and fluency in English.
