Position Title

Assistant Vice President - Business Monitoring and Governance

Purpose of Role

The individual will be acting as an Internal Business Partner, who will work closely with the CEO and drive major business meetings and decision-making process.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Business Performance –

• Monitor Operational and Financial Performance of the Business Units
• Be part of Business Review Meetings (Bs. Excellence) & Org. related goal meetings (OKRs)

Business Governance –

• Develop and manage comprehensive governance models for Operations (drive it’s various activities such as monthly reviews, OKRs and Organizational level performance management systems (BSC) etc.,)

Business Planning and Validation –

• Drive the business planning exercise for the next Financial Year
• Validate assumptions, reforecast targets and design action plans to achieve goals

Strategy –

• Analyse the cost of each action to be taken during a process to predict the viability of the process to be implemented in our system

Position Demands

Travel as and when required.
