Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Developer with strong expertise in EDI/B2B implementations. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with global teams, contribute to critical integration projects, and eventually take on customer-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement EDI/B2B integration solutions in alignment with business and customer requirements.
• Develops custom business solutions and integrations.
• Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and contribute to best practices.
• Work in overlapping hours with the US team to support project discussions, escalations, and hand-offs.
• Gradually take on customer-facing calls to discuss requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support solution delivery.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation, and quality processes.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and mentor junior developers where required.

Qualifications & Skills

• 4–7 years of software development experience, with proven expertise in EDI/B2B implementation.
• Strong knowledge of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, etc.) and integration processes.
• Extensive experience in software integration, with a track record of successful project implementations.
• Hands-on experience with mapping, translation, and B2B integration tools.
• Experience working with external customers (consulting skills).
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (Java, Python, or similar) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of integration concepts, APIs, and data formats (XML, JSON, flat files).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global team.

Work Environment

• Hybrid model: 2–3 days a week in office (India location).
• Flexibility to overlap partially with US working hours for effective collaboration.
