• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in solutions analysis or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex business processes and systems.
• Experience creating and maintaining Agile-oriented artifacts such as functional/non-functional specifications, system flows, and data models.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simple, clear language to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Skilled at mentoring junior team members and fostering knowledge sharing within the team.

What Will You Be Doing in This Role?

In this role, you will guide stakeholders in developing business cases, prioritizing features, and defining scope for quarterly or release plans. You will stay informed about portfolio initiatives to identify synergies and opportunities while conducting thorough analysis of business processes and systems to highlight areas for improvement. A key part of your responsibilities will be assessing and evaluating existing solutions for compatibility with evolving business needs and collaborating with delivery teams to ensure that proposed solutions are both technically feasible and sustainable. You will analyze and interpret data to generate insights that inform decision-making and contribute to solution designs by ensuring requirement alignment and the implementation of effective data models and structures. Additionally, you will lead discussions with cross-functional teams—including Product Owners, Developers, QA, UX, Architects, and Delivery Managers—to clarify requirements and ensure alignment. Defining acceptance criteria, working with QA teams to validate solutions, and participating in testing, defect troubleshooting, and resolution will also be part of your role to ensure defect-free delivery.

Hours of Work

This is a full-time role requiring flexibility to align with project and business needs. Standard business hours apply, with occasional adjustments based on global collaboration requirements.
