Deliver a sustainable future with WA’s landmark urea project!  

 

This role is on a 19:9 rotation to our Perdaman project in Karratha, WA.

 

Clough, as part of a Joint Venture with Saipem, is delivering the Project ‘CERES’ urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes. The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.


We are currently searching for Preservation Supervisor who will be responsible for the protection, maintenance and condition compliance of materials and structures on site. This will involve the management and supervision of field crews, laydown yards and warehouse space, scheduling tasks and adhering to all safety standards.

Responsibilities

 

  • Supervise the implementation of preservation and maintenance work to ensure materials remain in compliance with client specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
  • Review, assign, and manage preservation work orders.
  • Manage in-house preservation technicians or subcontractors; train new team members on site protocols, safety procedures, and job standards.
  • Conduct site inspections to verify the quality and completeness of preservation work. Document findings with reports and photos.
  • Coordinate delivery and use of tools, materials, and safety equipment. Track inventory levels and ensure proper usage and care.

Key Requirements

 

  • Ability to work on a 19:9 rotation to site (Karratha).
  • Proven experience in supervising in a preservation context.   
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of preservation/warehouse/stores systems, safety protocols, and industry standards.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively under pressure.
  • A proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills.10+ years’ experience in a Supervisory role.
