About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and analytical Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with foundational BI skills who is ready to take the next step in their career. You'll be working with our core business units to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
You'll be a key part of our data team, helping to design, build, and maintain our Business Intelligence solutions. This is a hands-on role where you'll be working with stakeholders and making a real impact on how our business makes decisions.

This means you'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and services like Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL databases and Azure Data Lake Storage, helping us build scalable, robust, and modern solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Developing, maintaining, and optimising Power BI reports and dashboards
• Writing complex SQL queries and Python scripts to extract, transform, and load data from various sources
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Working with large datasets and performing data modelling to create efficient and scalable solutions
• Ensuring the quality and integrity of data within our BI environment

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with Power BI, including report creation, data modelling (DAX), and connecting to different data sources
• Proficiency in SQL is essential. You should be comfortable writing complex queries
• A solid understanding of data warehousing concepts (e.g., star schemas, fact and dimension tables)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A self-starter with a passion for data and a desire to learn and grow

Bonus Points (Nice to Have):

• Familiarity with Azure services (e.g. Azure Data Factory)
• Experience with Python
