Workyard is a growing startup focussed on the U.S construction and trades markets, operating in an industry where $300 billion is spent annually on labor. We are developing an industry changing technology SaaS solution to manage labor for construction companies. Through a unique approach into the market, we are fundamentally changing the experience for both companies and workers by adding trust, transparency, and technology to the labor management process.

With a sticky product already in market and an ambitious roadmap of further new products ahead, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead a critical area of our customer acquisition function - our website and presence on other platforms. As a rapidly growing SaaS business, this is a critical role and will report to our VP Marketing & Growth.

This is a hybrid role: 2 days in our Sydney office (Surry Hills), 3 days remote

About the Role

We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager - Website and Content to own Workyard.com and make every page drive action. You’ll lead our SEO and AEO strategy, from traditional search to AI overviews, LLMs, and platforms like Reddit and YouTube. Your goal: attract more customers, expand our presence beyond the website, and drive measurable growth in acquisition.

What You’ll Do

  • Website Experience & Management

    • Own workyard.com and ensure all pages, articles, and landing experiences deliver clear, convincing value that drives user actions.

  • SEO & AEO Leadership

    • Evolve and scale our existing SEO function into a broader AEO strategy.

    • Identify high-value search opportunities across Google, AI-driven overviews, and LLM-generated results.

    • Identify non-Google sites and communities where Workyard can add value and win mindshare.

  • Content Strategy & Distribution

    • Work with agencies, our content team and other marketing team members to extend our brand presence across online communities (Reddit, YouTube, industry forums) to engage with prospective customers.

    • Experiment with new formats and channels to increase reach and engagement.

  • Growth & Acquisition Focus

    • Own content-driven acquisition metrics, including traffic growth, engagement, and conversion rate on workyard.com.

    • Continuously analyze content performance and optimize based on data-driven insights.

    • Identify opportunities for content to support brand authority and demand generation.

Who You Are

  • 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, content marketing, or digital marketing with a focus on website management and SEO/AEO.

  • Proven track record of driving acquisition through web and content channels.

  • Expertise in SEO and hands on experience with AEO tracking and optimization.

  • A keen eye for what good looks like with content and design.

  • Experience working across a number of non-owned web assets like forums, communities and social platforms like Reddit and YouTube.

  • Analytical mindset with experience using Amplitude, Search Console, Tableau (or similar) and other SEO/marketing tools.

  • Ability to balance thought leadership with hands-on execution.
