We’re committed to building a future-focused, customer-led business — while taking bold steps toward sustainability and social responsibility.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

If you’re a people-first TA leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, partnering strategically with senior leaders, and shaping the future talent pipeline — this one’s for you.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Connect recruitment delivery to functional people strategy
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive workforce outcomes
  • Bring a sourcing mindset to build future-fit pipelines
  • Embed inclusive, data-driven, and high-impact hiring practices

This is a strategic, business-facing position. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment leadership, from driving workforce planning and talent strategy to coaching hiring managers and overseeing delivery. You’ll also play a key role in TA transformation projects, talent pipelining, and internal capability building.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Strategic Talent Partnership

  • Set and lead the talent acquisition strategy for your business unit
  • Use workforce planning and market insights to shape hiring strategies
  • Represent TA at leadership meetings, embedding I&D in all hiring activity

360° Recruitment Delivery

  • Manage 20+ requisitions across diverse role types and levels
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: briefing, sourcing, assessment, offer, onboarding
  • Deliver a best-in-class experience for candidates and hiring managers alike

Sourcing & Talent Pipelines

  • Build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for current and future needs
  • Leverage sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, talent maps, and networks

TA Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to global TA projects, process enhancements, and systems rollouts
  • Monitor and act on key TA metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, source effectiveness, I&D targets)

Coaching & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with hiring managers to build inclusive, capability-led teams
  • Coach internal stakeholders on interviewing and recruitment best practices
  • Represent TA externally at community, university, and industry events

People Leadership

  • Lead and coach a team of TA professionals, driving performance and engagement
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and inclusion
  • Align team delivery with business priorities and succession planning goals

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU!

You’re a strategic TA professional with the ability to influence, partner, and deliver at pace. You bring a strong understanding of inclusive recruitment, and know how to lead teams and hiring managers through change, growth, and transformation.

You’ll also bring:

  • 4–6+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience (in-house, RPO, or agency)
  • Experience leading or coaching a team
  • A track record of sourcing and hiring diverse, high-performing talent
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Experience using SuccessFactors or similar ATS
  • Knowledge of inclusive hiring practices and Australian employment law
  • Strong communication, organisation, and planning capabilities
