Job Description
The Opportunity
We’re expanding our Perth Operations and strengthening our team. As we continue to grow our capabilities across current and future major infrastructure projects, we’re seeking experienced and dedicated Health & Safety Senior Advisors, Advisors & Coordinators to join our team. This role is critical in supporting safe project delivery, driving a strong safety culture, and ensuring compliance across some of Western Australia’s most significant infrastructure works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety walks across projects, covering management systems, safe work procedures, behavioural safety, and preventative measures.
- Support and/or lead incident investigations using ICAM methodology.
- Advise Engineers and project teams on safety documentation, risk assessments, and high-risk activities.
- Recommend and implement safety controls, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a proactive safety culture.
Required Skills and Competencies
About You
- Cert 4 or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Experience with Incident Investigation.
- Proven knowledge of a risk and incident system, including leading risk assessments.
- Demonstrated experience in safety and compliance.
