Delve Deeper is a Performance Media Agency focused on helping clients grow their customer base by integrating the power of Tech & Data in Media. We deliver digital marketing management, first-party data science and consulting, and adtech/martech systems integration & reselling on a global scale. We connect the dots between data and technology in media by identifying our clients' super fans, deterministically finding more of them, and converting them online in the most effective way.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a strategic, client-obsessed leader who knows how to grow both people and partnerships. You’ve spent over a decade leading complex client relationships - navigating enterprise brands, NGOs, or other large organizations - and you still get excited about the craft. You speak the language of data and analytics but understand that people, trust, and creativity are what make the numbers matter. You love building and scaling high-performing teams, can hold your own in the boardroom while rolling up your sleeves with the team, and know that client success and team health go hand in hand. Most of all, you thrive on spotting real opportunities for growth and delivering exceptional value -  and you’re ready to help shape the next stage of our agency’s journey.


Location:

This role is based in our Louisville / Boulder, Colorado office, where we follow a hybrid schedule.

For candidates outside of Colorado, we offer a relocation package to help make the move seamless. We want our leaders to feel fully supported as they join the team.


What You’ll Do:

Client Delight & Advocacy

  • Keeping clients satisfied is the baseline — your job is to create experiences that truly delight them and make our partnerships feel exceptional.

  • Serve as a trusted partner for our most strategic enterprise, NGO, and charity accounts.

  • Listen deeply — to what clients say, what they don’t say, what motivates them, and what keeps them up at night.

  • Understand client team dynamics, organizational politics, and industry headwinds — sometimes better than they do.

  • Balance client happiness with team sustainability — protecting our people is part of the job.

Revenue & Growth

  • Delivery: Ensure we deliver exactly what we promised — no gaps between pitch and reality.

  • Renewals: Own them. If we’re doing our job, renewals should feel like a no-brainer.

  • Expansion: Shape scopes that evolve with client needs — no cookie-cutter BS. Spot real opportunities for growth where we can truly add value.

  • Reputation: Build trust that fuels client retention, upsell, and market reputation.
  • Revenue Ownership: Take full accountability for client revenue — not just protecting it, but increasing it. Drive strategies that translate trust and delivery into measurable top-line growth.

Leadership

  • Lead and scale the Client Leadership / Account Management team — inspire, coach, and hold them accountable.

  • Be the client’s voice at the executive table — but also fight for agency profitability and culture.

  • Collaborate with analytics, media operations, and strategy teams to deliver innovative, measurable solutions.

  • Drive operational excellence in client delivery — ensuring clarity, KPIs, quality, and ROI across all accounts.

What You Bring:

  • 12–15+ years leading client relationships in digital marketing, media, or advertising — and still gets excited about the craft.

  • Knows how to navigate complex organizations, from enterprise brands to NGOs and charities, and thrives on making a big impact.

  • Speaks the language of data and analytics, but also knows that people, trust, and creativity are what make the numbers matter.

  • Loves building and scaling high-performing teams — coaching, challenging, and inspiring them to do their best work.

  • Can hold their own in the boardroom with executive presence, while also rolling up their sleeves alongside the team.

  • Spots opportunities for client growth and expansion — but only when it creates real value, not fluff.

  • Believes client success and team health go hand in hand, and fights for both.

The base salary range for this position is $225,000 to $300,000 per year. In addition, you will be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus tied to individual and company-wide goals and objectives with a potential to exceed salary levels.  This bonus structure is designed to reward exceptional performance and contributions toward Delve Deeper’s overall success.
