Join Litehouse as an ERP Training Lead in Sandpoint, ID!
This position is on a temporary 2-year assignment with potential to be extended if mutually agreed upon between both the Company and the Employee.
We're looking for an Training Lead to play a pivotal role in our ERP transformation. This role will design and oversee a comprehensive training program that equips employees with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to adopt new systems and processes. From strategy development to post-go-live support, you'll ensure training drives lasting change and successful adoption across the organization.
What You'll Do
Build and manage a training strategy that supports system implementation and change management goals.
Assess training needs and tailor programs for different user groups.
Oversee creation and updates of training materials (manuals, e-learning, job aids, and presentations).
Lead train-the-trainer sessions and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide ongoing support through office hours, post-training resources, and continuous improvement.
Track participation, maintain training records, and ensure follow-up.
Identify and mitigate people-related risks while supporting organizational change activities.
Deliver training and education to stakeholders to ensure lasting adoption post go-live.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience leading ERP or large-scale system training initiatives.
Strong project management skills, including experience with Jira or similar tools.
Ability to design, oversee, and improve diverse training formats (e-learning, in-person, job aids, manuals).
Skilled at conducting needs assessments, facilitating train-the-trainer programs, and supporting user adoption.
Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills with SMEs, leaders, and cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with change management principles and ability to identify/mitigate risks tied to adoption.
A passion for helping people navigate transformation with clarity, confidence, and engagement.
