We are seeking a Culinary Production Associate to join our team and help prepare high-quality food products that meet our company’s standards for taste, freshness, and consistency.
Position Summary:
As a Culinary Production Associate, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and assembling food products in a fast-paced production kitchen environment. This role requires attention to detail, food safety awareness, and teamwork to meet daily production goals.
Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and assemble food products according to recipes and company standards.

Wash, chop, and portion fresh produce and ingredients.

Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas in compliance with food safety guidelines.

Label, package, and store prepared items properly.

Assist with inventory rotation and ingredient organization.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure production targets are met.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Qualifications:

Previous experience in culinary production, food service, or a commercial kitchen preferred but not required.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes consistently.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications:
