Payment Solutions Specialist bei Utah First Credit Union

Utah First Credit Union is seeking a full time, 40-hours a week, Payment Solutions Specialist at Corporate Headquarters in Salt Lake City. This individual provides exceptional service and seeks to improve our customers' financial lives by being service-oriented and professional. Experience in financial services is helpful. The schedule is 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday and some Saturdays.

This Payment Solutions Specialist position will specialize in VISA compliance. Duties include processing VISA disputes, daily and quarterly reports, and general ledger reconciliations. Other daily duties include, processing draft files, processing remote deposit capture items, wire processing, and assisting the department with other duties as needed. Provides exceptional, professional telephone service, including answering calls, listening to customers' needs, and connecting them to the appropriate employee for assistance. Responding to branch employee emails for assistance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Associates degree, additional schooling always a plus, 18-years and older, customer service experience, attention to detail, driven and ambitious, not okay with the status quo, works well individually and with a team, bank or credit union experience.
