At Vitalant, our work saves lives—and behind the scenes, strong systems help make that possible. We're looking for a Financial Sr. ERP Systems Analyst – Workday to support and enhance our enterprise applications that power critical Financial Management modules in the Workday ERP.
Experience needed in Core Accounting, Spend Management, Planning and Reporting.
In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor and internal expert, managing and improving Workday functionality with a focus on accuracy, security, and user experience. You'll partner with stakeholders across the organization to troubleshoot issues, drive process improvements, maintain data integrity, and support change through new releases, documentation, and training.
Your work will directly support the teams who keep our mission moving—helping ensure blood and plasma are available to patients who need them most.

As a Sr. ERP Systems Analyst, you'll get to:
- Administer and support the Workday application, troubleshooting issues and providing user training.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and security best practices.
- Configure security domains, business processes, and other system elements.
- Conduct audits to maintain data quality, integrity, and security.
- Evaluate Workday releases for business impacts and implement upgrades effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Monitor and optimize application performance while managing cross-functional impacts of configuration changes.
- Maintain documentation on processes and workflows and oversee the team’s Azure DevOps environment.
