Description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for verifying material availability, assisting loaders, and ensuring inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and properly documented. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, solid communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check inventory requests for material, verifying availability and updating records as needed.
• Assist loaders with locating material throughout the warehouse to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Inspect inbound trucks and label Allied material to ensure proper identification and tracking.
• Check outbound trucks against paperwork to confirm the accuracy of loaded materials prior to departure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse or inventory-related role preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and basic documentation practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting, standing, and walking.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Work performed in a warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate around trucks and warehouse equipment.
• Sunday through Thursday schedule, with occasional overtime as required.
