The role of the Warehouse & Shipping Clerk

We’re currently seeking a Shipping / Warehouse Clerk who shares our values of Care, Commitment, and Excellence — and who is ready to play a vital role in making sure our customers receive orders accurately and on time, every time.

What You’ll Do

As a Shipping / Warehouse Clerk, you'll help ensure every package that leaves our facility reflects our dedication to safety, precision, and excellence. You'll:

• Post and pick completed orders with accuracy and care.
• Process shipments using UPS WorldShip or FedEx Manager software.
• Ensure all orders are packaged, labeled, and handled correctly.
• Use our ERP system (QAD) to complete timely and accurate transactions.
• Monitor and enter freight charges, then mark orders as shipped.
• Stage and organize outgoing shipments for daily carrier pickups.
• Interact professionally with drivers and support team communication.
• Keep the shipping area neat, organized, and free of clutter.
• Collaborate with Customer Service on daily shipping priorities.
• Support Inventory Department functions as needed.
• Maintain adequate stock of shipping materials and supplies.

Qualifications

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred
• Effective verbal communication and team collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (with pallet jack support up to 100 lbs.)
• Comfortable with physical tasks (standing, stooping, bending)
• Organized, adaptable, and committed to quality
