Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (home every night, weekends off!)

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Non-CDL Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate to join our growing Raleigh team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being out on the road but also likes hands-on warehouse work. You’ll drive a 26ft flatbed truck to deliver product to customers in the area, and when not driving, you’ll help keep our warehouse running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate company trucks (non-CDL, 26ft flatbed) to deliver products to customers.

• Load, secure, and unload materials to ensure safe and damage-free delivery.

• Split your time between driving and warehouse tasks depending on delivery demand.

• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders with accuracy.

• Operate forklifts or order pickers (training provided if needed).

• Maintain accurate paperwork and records for deliveries and inventory.

• Provide excellent service to our customers and represent Conklin with professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.

• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.

• Previous box truck or flatbed driving experience preferred.

• Forklift experience a plus (sit-down or stand-up).

• Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs regularly.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.

• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
