Management Level:

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for aiding the Shipping Supervisor in all aspects of the tasks to be performed. This position will ensure that HACCP standards are maintained and strictly enforced; ensure that all documentation is gathered and checked and that all safety aspects are adhered to while work is being performed on the shipping dock area. This position will also assist production supervisors in ironing out any discrepancies found within the facilities raw material inventory thru the shipping supervisor. When the shipping supervisor is absent, this position will ensure that orders are entered into the computer properly and that the BOL's are turned in at the end of their shift. On occasion, this position may be required to move trailers in and out of the dock door when the need arises.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
Experience: Raw receiving and/or Material Handling experience; Forklift
experience.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
Physical Requirements: Must be physically able to lift up to 85 lbs on
an ongoing basis.
Supervisory: N/A
Travel: 0% to 10%

INTERNAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must have successfully completed probationary period. 
Must have excellent attendance record (5 points or less) and maintain less than 5 points. 
Must not have a written warning within the past 6 months or higher disciplinary actions in the last 12 months.
 Excellent Safety record.
