The Warehouse Foreperson is an individual contributor responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient material movement. You will identify and close process and training gaps, create and conduct training, and monitor adherence to procedures. In this role, you will directly support the shift supervisor by ensuring process accuracy for both the physical handling of materials and the corresponding ERP system transactions
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Implement processes/strategies and develop employee relationships to exceed our customers’ needs
- Establish KPIs to track adherence/deviation from established processes for coaching opportunities.
- Responsible for maintaining proper process documentation, training signoffs, related documentation
- Analyze results to identify additional needs
- Conducts coaching and disciplinary measures to hourly employees
- Manage suppliers to levels of delivery and quality performance required by Xylem.
- Familiar with process creation, documentation of process flows, leveraging a workforce as an individual contributor
- Assist shift supervisor with additional needs
- Additional duties and responsibilities may be required based on organization needs
- Flexible to work overtime during the work week including Saturdays & Sundays
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, related field or military experience
- Project Management certificate a plus
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, logistics, continuous improvement or manufacturing engineering
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interact with all levels of external and internal customers.
- Effective verbal/ written communication and presentation skills
- Bilingual a plus

The estimated salary range for this position is $72,300 to $85,000 plus bonus Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
