Responsibilities:
- Manage IT service delivery, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Monitor and resolve IT issues to enhance user satisfaction.
- Act as the escalation point for complex problems.
- Ensure the deployment and functionality of corporate applications.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Streamline IT service processes and maintain documentation.
- Share best practices and collaborate with peers.
- Provide technical support for local hardware and network devices.
- Ensure high availability of IT systems.
- Manage the lifecycle of local IT services.
- Utilize ServiceNow ITSM for call and escalation management.
- Champion continuous service improvement.
- Support IT user relocations and senior executives as needed.

Your Profile / Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in computer science and 4 years of related experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft ecosystem (Windows, Office Suite, Teams, Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint).
- Skilled in IT infrastructure (PCs, printers, scanners, switches, firewalls, etc.).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Problem-solving ability and proactive work approach.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn.
- Collaborative team player.
- Reliable and trustworthy with occasional travel (up to 10%).

The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $80,000 - $85,000 per year. GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States.
The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. You may be eligible for additional rewards, such as discretionary bonus (based on eligibility) and/or equity awards.
