Maintenance Supervisor bei Alleima

About the role 

As a Maintenance Supervisor at Alleima, you will oversee and supervise the maintenance team, develop maintenance strategies, and ensure that the plant is compliant with all safety regulations. Your key responsibilities will include: 

—Overseeing the daily operations of the maintenance department 

—Developing and implementing maintenance procedures and ensuring adherence to industry standards 

—Inspecting the plant’s equipment and machinery regularly to identify any issues 

—Directing the repair and replacement of malfunctioning equipment and machinery 

—Coordinating and supervising maintenance workers and ensuring they are well —trained and capable 

—Planning and managing the plant’s maintenance budget 

—Ensuring that the plant is compliant with all relevant safety regulations and standards  

About you 

You are a proactive and experienced professional with a strong background in industrial maintenance supervision. Your knowledge of commonly used maintenance equipment and materials, coupled with your experience in approved repair and installation techniques, makes you a valuable asset to our team. You possess excellent time management and organizational skills, which are crucial for overseeing daily operations and developing maintenance schedules. Your understanding of current safety regulations and protocols ensures that our plant remains compliant and safe for all employees. With your strong troubleshooting skills, you can quickly identify and address malfunctions, ensuring efficiency in all production processes and machinery. You have a proven track record of creating and managing budgets, and your ability to collaborate with other supervisors and staff optimizes productivity.
