ES Tech Lead - Environmental Services - FT 4:30p-1a

The Environmental Services (ES) Team Lead reports to ES Manager and is responsible for assisting with specified activities including, but not limited to, general cleaning, chemical usage, equipment use, discharge and transfer cleaning, and training of employees. Work assignments directed by ES Manager include moves, setups, QA inspections, and assuring work is completed in a quality manner. Exceptional leadership, supervisory communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with staff, co-workers, management, and customers.

Schedule

This position is generally scheduled full-time overnights, 4:30p-1a (40 hours per week).

Qualifications

• One year experience in ES within a hospital setting

• Demonstrated understanding of ES department functions

• Basic knowledge of computers including calendars, email, and office software

• Excellent customer service skills
