About the role
This position is responsible for producing quality components from a variety of secondary machinery, including state-of-the-art zinc die cast machines (in various sizes), robots, vision systems, and other automated equipment, offering the opportunity to work with cutting-edge zinc die casting technology.
Compensation: $20-$23
Plus 10% shift differential!
What you will be doing
- The associate is responsible for the quality and quantity of products being manufactured in a team environment. Utilizes business system to document productivity and quality issues
- Maintain excellent housekeeping practices (5S)
- Perform duties as assigned by supervisor and flex to areas of constraint. Follow instruction from Set Up Operators on daily tasks.
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery according to pre set schedule.
- Ability to work on and run various machines in secondary areas.
- Ability to utilize databases to choose proper tooling.
About you
- Ability to lift up to 33 lbs.
- High School Diploma/GED
- Basic computer skills
- Proficient with Measuring Devices
- Safety and quality conscious
- Able to read and interpret work instructions.
