About the Role:

If you’re interested in customer service and early-stage collections, this position may be the perfect fit for you.

You'll be working with first-party, early delinquency accounts on behalf of a major U.S. bank, helping customers resolve account issues and find payment solutions.

What We Offer:

• Hourly Pay: $18.00 per hour (bi-weekly pay)
• Bonus: $500 incentive structure
• Merit Raise: Eligibility after 90 days based on performance and attendance
• Training: Paid, full-time training (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 2 weeks)
• Schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday (no weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers to understand financial situations and offer payment options
• Analyze accounts and negotiate payment arrangements
• Deliver high-quality customer service on every call
• Meet and exceed performance metrics
• Follow all compliance regulations and security policies
• Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience
• Stable work history with proven reliability
• Basic computer proficiency and strong typing skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated with a professional and positive attitude
• Ability to handle confidential information
