Job Summary – Inventory Control Clerk

Join the Hirsch Team – We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Control Clerk to join our warehouse team. This role is essential in maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting smooth warehouse operations, and ensuring our customers get what they need—on time and in full.

Your role will include:

· Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts

· Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies

· Update inventory records in our system (manual and digital)

· Assist in receiving, labeling, and organizing new stock

· Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and warehouse staff to resolve inventory issues

· Help maintain a clean and organized stockroom

· Follow all safety and operational procedures

Requirements

Job Requirements

· Prior experience in inventory control or warehouse operations (plumbing or wholesale industry preferred)

· Familiarity with inventory software or ERP systems (a plus)

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

· Basic computer skills and comfort with data entry

· Dependable, organized, and a team player

· Desire to advance within the Company

· On the job training provided

· Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
