Location: Plymouth, MN in office 2-3 days per week

Timeline: This Internship opportunity is for May-August 2026

What you will do:

• Be a member of the Tier 2 Incident Management team responsible for resolving Infrastructure Services break/fix tickets across a range of technology platforms like Office 365, Azure, Windows 10, security tools, enterprise print management, and enterprise voice management
• Participate in the following IT Service Management practices: Knowledge Management, Problem Management
• Collaborate with senior IT professionals who are effective and skilled team members
• Own and manage an assigned Capstone project that will stretch your current skillset and competencies

Minimum Qualifications:

• Sophomore or Junior currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Liberal Arts, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related
• Interest in Microsoft environment and tools
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience delivering excellent customer service
• Reside within a 300-mile radius of our Plymouth, MN office

The typical hourly pay rate for this position is $24/hr - $29/hr. This represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location
