About The Job:
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and clinically skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our In-Home Based Therapeutic Care (IHBTC) program. This role provides intensive, family-focused mental health services to children and adolescents experiencing serious emotional disturbances within the home and community settings.
What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference:
- Provide strength-based, trauma-informed therapeutic services to youth and their families
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, and case management
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including family partners, school staff, DCF, and other service providers
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency and state standards
- Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings
- Driving is required

Requirements
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field required
- Licensure preferred (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) or license-eligible with supervision toward licensure available
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families in home or community-based settings
- Strong communication, organizational, and engagement skills
- Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
